PTSC is a pop-up, at your location of choice, restaurant that offers guests the opportunity experience a destination for the night. The ‘Pink Table Experience’ is a fine dining experience in an atmosphere that allows guests to enjoy each other’s company. No elevator music or stuffy service.
Specializing in Southern-American cuisine, we create customizable experiences curated by the host through beautifully crafted tablescapes, crafted cocktails, and the meal selection.

I have always had a love for entertaining and organizing events since graduating from college in 1991. In 1998, I started my full-service catering business, Cafe Brielle Catering Co. My love for entertaining comes from childhood memories and times I spent with my three grandmothers.
My grandmother Elsie—from Houston, TX.—watching her cook and bake southern classics from scratch. My grandmother Camily—from St. Kitts, West Indies—who we visited every summer in Brielle, New Jersey where I watched her prepare the most delicious Carribean dishes. Lastly, my grandmother Ollun—from Topeka, KS. —who would host many events at her home and is where I learned the art and etiquette of entertaining.
It is these childhood memories and experiences that I bring to life through Pink Table Supper Club. In August 2019, I introduced the first Pink Table Supper Club, which highlighted Southern Cuisine. Since then, I have hosted a Cigar & Cognac Supper Club, Business luncheons and Private Birthday Parties. Clients discover the nuances of a great food, cocktails and conversations while exploring the pleasures that the palate has to offer.
